Refund policy

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Video proof recorded while opening the sealed package

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


2. Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • Your order number

  • Photo of the received item

  • Clear video recorded while opening the package (unboxing video is mandatory)

Important:
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened. Without an unboxing video, HomieBites will not be able to process any replacement or refund request.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided while opening the package

  • Customer was not available to receive the order

  • Customer was unresponsive to delivery calls or messages

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided

  • Customer changes their mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched

  • Minor design, decoration, or color variations in customized products

In such situations, the responsibility lies with the customer.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 12–24 hours before delivery

  • Once order preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
