Refund policy
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following situations:
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Video proof recorded while opening the sealed package
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
2. Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share:
Your order number
Photo of the received item
Clear video recorded while opening the package (unboxing video is mandatory)
Important:
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened. Without an unboxing video, HomieBites will not be able to process any replacement or refund request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
No unboxing video is provided while opening the package
Customer was not available to receive the order
Customer was unresponsive to delivery calls or messages
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided
Customer changes their mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched
Minor design, decoration, or color variations in customized products
In such situations, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at least 12–24 hours before delivery
Once order preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
