3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Full payment or confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) is required to process orders.
• HomieBites reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accurate pricing; however, in case of any error, we reserve the right to correct it and inform the customer.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. HomieBites is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• Unanswered calls or messages

In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.

6. Refunds & Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only applicable if:

• The product arrives damaged, or
• The wrong item was delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).

8. Limitation of Liability

HomieBites is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen issues arising from the use or consumption of our products beyond the purchase value.
